CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – Charleston Police say a house intrusion failed for a hammer-wielding male after a male who lives in the house got here and saw what was taking place.
Kyle Phillips, 31, is charged with robbery and attack and battery, according to prison records.
Jesse Perseghin stated he had no concept somebody had actually burglarized his West Ashley house and was concealing in the garage Thursday night.
