1115 Waiver Presentation Job
June 2019 – Alaska’s 1115 Medicaid waiver, the Alaska Substance Use Disorder and Behavioral Health Program, was authorized in November 2018, with the application plan getting approval in March 2019. The waiver provides higher versatility to provide a more comprehensive variety of services to fill existing service spaces and decrease Alaska’s dependence on crisis services.
